...let me interrupt my silence for a rant:

If this is allowed to continue, Philadelphia will never be what it once was.
I understand having fear for your loved ones...but if you let the cancer grow (because, yes, that is what these people are to this fine city...killing its future and getting away with it), you can only die.
So what if it was an accident? you say. Well, can't he be MAN ENOUGH and take responsibility? Hiding behind mommy's skirt (or behind a gun) shows that he  has the *insert male anatomy parts here* of an insect...or perhaps he doesn't have any.
Stop the no snitching! Don't let any more innocent children, our future, die!
