Never try and help someone (from another country, completely unfamiliar with the US banking system) try and order something.
You will have to explain five different times, in five different ways how to do so...While listening to you they will swear in a different language (to you? to the system? you'll never know!) only to give up, swear some more and hang up the phone right as the representative says "Hello!"
